Project Manager

IT consultancy are searching for a PMO – Project Manager to join their team in Dubai.

What you’ll do?

Provide the prime point of focus and contact for customer solution delivery projects.
Liaise with internal teams across all functions, together with the customer and any 3rd party suppliers to define, agree and document detailed project delivery plans.
Ensure that all projects meet the key criteria of timeliness, cost and quality.
Arrange and attend customer and supplier meetings as required.
Provide regular, proactive project status updates to internal and external customers.
The creation and maintenance of resource plans required to ensure the delivery of projects
The creation and maintenance of Risk and Issue logs for all projects under management
Invoke escalation and jeopardy management procedures as required to ensure that at-risk projects are managed effectively and brought back on track.
The maintenance of required management reports showing the current and forecast status of all live projects and project orders.
Create required project documentation templates, ensuring compliance with the company brand guidelines.
Have a good understanding of company price books and product messaging.
Work with the Product Management and Sales teams to ensure the companies Professional Services address customer requirements. This could include input into service definition and positioning activities, costing tools and bid responses.

What you’ll bring?

Over 5 years experience at a Project Management level running multi-faceted technology projects for an MSP or BPO.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor and support colleagues.
A proactive personality, a very high degree of self-motivation and the ability to motivate and drive others.
Proven experience working within industry recognised methodologies such as PMP, Prince2 and Agile, ideally with qualifications and certifications at Practitioner level.
Proven experience in building and managing relationships and engagements with third parties, at all levels.
Ability to maintain and develop effective relationships with key stakeholders and other senior managers.
Demonstrate an approachable, friendly, personable manner.
Self-starter, strong analytical and organising skills with excellent attention to both quality and detail.
Proven experience of delivering multi-site, technology projects through management or co-ordination.
Understand the importance of, and how to deliver, great customer service.
Proficiency in analyzing and solving problems related to programmes and projects.
Excellent communication skills (face to face, verbal and written), with the ability to alter the message to different audiences.
An appreciation of the technologies used in the companies customer solutions.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Powerpoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience in delivering digital transformation projects, including M365 and Citrix.
