Operating from Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ajman, we value real estate properties (including Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Trading properties) and machinery and equipment. We also provide first class building consulting services to our clients. We are approved by almost all banks in the UAE, especially the mainstream banks, and have completed 10s of 1,000s of valuations in the region over the last 10 years.
This senior role leads a large team of professional valuers, and reports to the Chief Valuation Officer.

Requirements
MRICS Valuation Pathway
Civil or Mechanical Engineering
Business or Finance or Real Estate Degree
5 years of experience related to approving valuations of all residential properties including land, apartment, villa, building, compound etc.
Excellent communication skills
