We are looking for a Sales Admin with previous real estate to join immediately.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Managing all paperwork while complying with legal paperwork procedures
• Organizing meetings.
• Respond to a sales inquiry
• Do the necessary updates on the properties listings in all portals ( Propertyfinder, Dubizzle & Bayut)
• Experience with Office Word and Excel
• Coordinating activities related to property management, rental sales, and purchase.
• Supporting real estate brokers day to day activities.
• Monitor and advice market price.
• Respond to internet leads through different social media.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma
• Experience in a real estate company in Dubai.
SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
• Knowledge of RERA documentation procedures and requirements.
• Organize, record keeping
• Good knowledge to perform in the property listings process to various platforms
