OFFICE CO ORDINATOR
DESCRITPION:
• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Purchasing (e.g., filing, email Transaction’s, typing, faxing). Prepare sales & purchase related documents.
• Proposals, contracts & LPO’S with Manager Guidance
• Promote awareness on every product brand, size & product image internally and externally.
• Gather materials & assemble information’s on product (e.g., brochures, promotional materials & additional)
• Enter, retrieve, reconcile, tally software and verify information software involved in the sales process & purchase
• Answer calls from sales manager’s, driver’s & other internal calls Reporting to Manager

• Be a team player and support the sales manager’s & Management requirements.
• Working knowledge and proficiency in the use of computer and business-related software, including Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
• Working knowledge of various office equipment (computer, scanner & etc.)
• Proficiency in the use of the English language in reading, writing and speaking.
• Proficiency in the use of business math
• To successfully communicate with all organizational levels
• To communicate clearly via phone and email with co-workers and management
• To organize and prioritize workload and manage time
• To work hours mandated by management.
• Knowledge on HORECA FIELD is a plus.
