We are looking for a front desk receptionist to join the ActionFlight team.
The candidate should have previous experience as a receptionist/front desk/customer service.
Great communication and organization skills are required. A fast learner, pro-active person with a passion for customer service and knowledge of booking systems. Multilingual is a plus.
Your daily responsibilities will be:
Greeting and assisting walk-in customers;
Providing high standards of customer service;
Answering incoming enquiries via phone and email;
Making reservations via online booking system;
Obtaining booking confirmations via phone calls;
Assisting the team in ongoing events and providing operations support;
Keeping the reception area tidy and organized at all times.

Weekly rotation of morning (5AM-1PM)/evening(11AM-7PM) shifts;
