Marketing Front Office Assistant

We are hiring for 2 roles:

Part-time and full-time: must be dedicated and capable of full clerical support. Performing various tasks such as scheduling appointments, filing documents, preparing reports, taking care of billing, and answering phones.

(Accounting experience is a plus) (zoho accounts)

(Exceptional scheduling experience)

Marketing experience is a huge PLUS

Managing the clinic’s budget, billing system, and inventory.
Ordering stock and supplies for the clinic.
Overseeing the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment.
Developing procedures to deliver optimal patient care.
Managing internal and external communications and answering queries about the clinic.
Experience in an admin front office role in a healthcare facility or clinic IS A PLUS.
Ability to lead and motivate clinic staff to perform their duties efficiently.
Exceptional organizational skills to ensure that quality services are provided.
Knowledge of procuring supplies, equipment, and staff needed at the clinic.
Proficiency in managing budgets, billing, and negotiating with suppliers and vendors.
Competency with computer-based healthcare administration systems.
Exceptional interpersonal skills for liaising with patients, healthcare providers, and specialists, as well as the public.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Graphics skills a plus
Social media and content editing a plus
