We are seeking an experienced Front Office Supervisor to oversee our front desk operations and lead a team of front desk associates. The ideal candidate will have previous hotel experience, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the front office and reception area.
Manage and train front office staff to ensure exceptional guest service.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Monitor and maintain the hotel’s standard operating procedures.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with front desk duties when necessary.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in a front office supervisory role in the hotel industry in Dubai.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
If you have experience in housekeeping management, it would be a plus.
