Laboratory Support
Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is for a Laboratory Support position located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance in routine laboratory activities, receiving samples and performing collections. Answering customer questions and concerns which may include questions about laboratory services, test results, and pricing. Additional duties include entering patient demographics both in paper forms and electronically transferring data from other systems.
Qualifications
Previous laboratory experience is a MUST.
Good knowledge of laboratory practices and procedures
DHA license – Allied Health
Experience in customer service is a plus (customer-facing, telephonic, email and chat support)
Excellent communication both verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Productivity tools with typing skills.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
