Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
End-to-end management of influencer and social media marketing campaigns for our clients in the crypto and blockchain industries.
Developing and executing campaign plans, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high quality control.
Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
Providing exceptional client account support, including daily communication and addressing client needs effectively and professionally.
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to create compelling and targeted marketing content for various digital channels.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DeFi technology, blockchain, and digital marketing to help guide campaign strategies.
Identifying and managing relationships with key influencers in the crypto and blockchain space to enhance our marketing efforts.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the crypto and blockchain industries.
Experience with and in depth understanding of Twitter, Substack, YouTube, TikTok and Instagram.
Strong understanding of DeFi technology, DeFi projects, and the overall crypto ecosystem.
Proven track record in executing successful influencer and social media marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage client relationships.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using social media platforms, analytics tools, and project management software.
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for staying current with industry trends.
Ability to work overtime when necessary for the project success
