Customer Service Representative

AJAX Academy Dubai

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Ajax Academy Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to parents. ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. (preferably women)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet parents and visitors upon arrival at the academy and direct them to the appropriate person or location

• Listen to and address any complaints or concerns raised by parents in a respectful and empathetic manner

• Communicate effectively with parents

• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times and resolve conflicts in a calm and diplomatic manner

• Ensure that the academy premises are clean and presentable at all times

• Arranging the kid’s jersey sizes and making sure that the stocks are well-counted and organized

• Checking attendance on a daily basis

• Informing the parents of the movements and cancellation

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Minimum 2 year’s experience

• Fluency in English

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Passion for customer service and delivering a positive experience to stakeholders
