Job Description: Banke International Properties, a leading real estate brokerage firm, is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Property Consultants.
As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, assessing their property needs, and assisting them throughout the buying, selling, leasing or renting process.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Property Consultant or similar role in the real estate industry or Luxury sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
Familiarity with local property market trends and regulations.
Self-motivated and target driven.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid UAE real estate license and Car is a must.
