We are an Interior Fit Out company based in Dubai looking for a Project Manager – Interior Fit Out for immediate placement.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum 5-8 years UAE experience in a Joinery and Fit-out company.
• Experience in managing High-end projects in Joinery and Fit-out for commercial, Residential, Educational, Healthcare, Restaurant, Retail stores, etc.
• Proficient in Auto CAD, Primavera, 3D Drawings, and MS Office to Prepare Planning/scheduling and Quotations of the projects.
• Excellent client-facing, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Project Management Professional certification is a plus
• Expert knowledge of Joinery, Interior fit-out work regulations, and quality standards
• Must have worked at Interior project sites to understand Project, Procurement planning, Project scheduling, Site / Project Engineering & Supervision, Records upkeep, etc.
• Extensive knowledge of materials and technical specifications related to interior design.
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Good language proficiency in English / Hindi/Urdu / Arabic etc. is an added advantage
• Educational Qualification – Architecture / Civil Engineering / Mechanical / electrical/ Related Fields?
