CP Pumps is a growing chemical injection pump manufacturer and skid packager based in Jabal Ali, Dubai.
We are looking for a highly-experience service technician to join our growing team.The ideal person will have 8-10 years’ experience in the oil industry as an OEM or skid packager service technician. Experience with chemical injection pumps and skid packages would be the ideal
Duties And Responsibilities:
Supporting the production team for all service-related activities, trouble-shooting and providing technical advice.
Conducting FAT of skids packages with customers as witnesses
Be able to prepare FAT reports, test reports and conduct joint reviews of documentation along with customers and/ or TPI’s
Visit sites, both onshore and offshore, to carry out service work, SAT’s, commissioning work and trouble-shooting assistance.
Be willing and able to travel within the Middle East, Africa, Asia and also Europe and the US.
Be willing to spend time away from home, working flexible hours, sometimes working in harsh desert environments and extreme high and low temperatures.
Carry out inspections at vendor facilities and review documentation provided by vendors for accuracy.
Carry out weld inspections and paint inspections at fabricator facilities in the UAE.
Create maintenance procedures, FAT and SAT procedures, Instruction Manuals and trouble-shoot guides.
Comply with all CP Pumps QHSE policies and procedures.
Comply with all our customers QHSE requirements while at site.
Requirements:
Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Field with Weld inspection and paint inspection qualification (GTAW, CSWIP).
Minimum 8 years experience in the oil industry as an OEM or Skid packager service technician.Experience with chemical injection pumps and skid packages would be the ideal.
Must have a current,clean UAE driving license.
Excellent fluency in English (Spoken and Written) to collaborate with global teams.
The ideal candidate will be resourceful, diligent and be able to use their initiative to solve complex, time-sensitive issues under pressure.

Salary: AED6,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
