ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Real Estate Sales/Operation Manager supervise real estate sales agents, work as leaders of sales teams/sales department, work directly with clients who are in the market to buy, sell, or rent properties, and responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all sales activities and daily operations in the sales/operations department effectively. Their duties include relaying information from upper management to department staff about sales quotas and generating leads to divide among Sales Representatives.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in a real estate brokerage firm.
RERA Brokerage license knowledge.
· Driving license.
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, a postgraduate degree is an advantage.
Ability to bring own client.
Build a new Sales Team.
Management skills.
Knowledge about Operation Team to support admin.
Solid knowledge in Dubai Real Estate Market, communities, developers, with a focus on Luxury/ High-end Properties.
Discuss new project launches and be present with the team for new project launches.
