FP Models Agency and Academy are looking for a Models&Talants Booker based in Dubai.
POSITION: Booker ( the person who organizes a model’s jobs at the agency)
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Bringing new clients to the company (B2B and B2C sales).
-Searching and providing commercial projects for models and talents.
-Leading the company’s clients and up-sales services.
-Carry out meetings and castings at the office with clients and models.
-Fill in data in the CRM system.
-Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports.
-Customer support – answering current questions, attending photoshoots and events.
-Achievement of the sales plan.
-Communication with models, maintaining a database of models and talents.
NECESSARY SKILLS
-Fluent English
-Experience in models/talents booking
-Charismatic with a positive attitude
-Proactive and punctual
-Target driven
-Basic software skills
DESIRED SKILLS
-Good communication skills in Arabic
-Good negotiation skills
-Ability to effectively work in a dynamic and growing start-up environment
-Proactive and mindful of the competitive business environment
-Experience with CRM systems
CONDITIONS
-Fixed-rate AED 5,000 + commission. Total from AED 10.000 and more.
-Bonus for exceeding targets.
-NOTE: We don’t provide a visa for the first 3 months of the probation period. We provide a visa after 3 months.
