Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Management:
Source, onboard, and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring a diverse and appealing mix of stalls.
Handle vendor inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with vendors regarding stall placements, payments, and logistics.
Client Management:
Build and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Address client concerns and ensure their needs are met to the highest standard.
Collaborate with clients on promotional activities and events.
Operational Oversight:
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the street markets.
Coordinate with local authorities and ensure all necessary permits and licenses are in place.
Oversee market setup, breakdown, and maintenance.
Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the street market through various channels.
Organize special events, promotions, and activities to attract more visitors.
Financial Management:
Oversee the financial aspects of the market, including vendor fees, expenses, and revenue.
Ensure profitability and sustainability of the market operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing street markets or similar events.
Strong vendor and client management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
