Channel Sales Executive

We are looking for a goal-oriented channel Sales Manager/Business Development Manager for winning, maintaining, and expanding all our partner relationships with dealers/ distributors in the UAE and Saudi Arabia markets.

To discover and develop new distributors/dealers in UAE and Saudi Arabia Markets
Identify and approach key business partners and set short-long term channel strategies.
Frequently visit distributors/dealers to develop business strategies to increase sales performance through presentation/demonstration/negotiation.
Develop a professional and appropriate approach to reach out to potential distributors to support business growth, enhance brand awareness, increase sale margin and gain loyalty
Gather market information with distributors/dealers on market demand, product feedback, competitors’ activities, and sales channel to find business opportunities and take immediate action.
Coordinate with the after-sale engineering team to ensure high standard service can be delivered to end-users and ensure satisfaction
Analyze market trends, and demand, and understand competitors’ advantages and disadvantages, based on our products’ strengths to discover new business opportunities. prepare and implement effective business plans.

Diploma / Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering with 3-5 years of work experience in construction equipment/machinery sales (Excavator, Wheel Loaders, Rollers, Bulldozer, etc.)
GCC- A driving license is preferable
Must have relevant work experience as Heavy Machinery Sales Person
Positive working attitude and strong people skills with emotional intelligence
Highly organized and proactive and can work with minimal supervision
Excellent English command/ Speaking Arabic will be an advantage
