We are looking for a dynamic, results oriented Sales Executive to join our Middle East sales team.
In this role, you will be responsible for proactively growing existing accounts and developing new business relationships for VPS in the ME region. You will do this by generating direct sales with our Production & Rental House customers and by generating demand through Channel Resale Partners.
The role is home-based in Dubai, with support from our local team in ME (Senior Regional Sales Manager and Field Engineer) & support from our UK head office and sales support team in Germany.
Responsibilities
Represent VPS for Rental & Production Houses and channel resale partners within the region.
Build key, long-term relationships with Rental & Production Houses.
Engage weekly with local Resellers to grow channel business.
Grow Business through Channel resale partners and cover Rental & Production houses, Free Lance, Social Media and Enterprise Studios.
Deliver VPS solutions presentations to clients and re-sellers in ME.
Engage Product Managers and Engineers with local projects.
Negotiate and close sales.
Develop and maintain sales forecasting activities.
Meet annual, quarterly, and monthly quota targets.
Perform market analyses to determine customer & partner needs.
Monitor and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
Assist in resolution of customer issues regarding equipment, supplies, and services.
Skills and experience requirements
The Sales Executive should have an entrepreneurial spirit, be passionate, self-motivated and be able to develop business relationships on a face-to-face basis throughout the ME region.
Strong Sales & Negotiation Skills
3-5 years’ Experience Selling & Marketing of Production & Broadcast Equipment.
Familiarity & Access to Key Production & Rental Houses and Channel Resale Partners through ME.
Technical Knowledge of Major Production solutions and brands.
Solid Computer Skills of Microsoft Office & Salesforce.
Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
Arabic speaker who already lives and works in the region
What We Offer
VPS offers a competitive financial package including salary, commission & local allowances and health insurance.
Total package is up to 325,000 AED including commission and allowances.
VPS uses Vistra in the UAE to employ our local staff.
