Sales Executive” From Dubai”

Sales executive will be responsible for:
· The revenue generation through direct sales by selling all product mix to achieve agreed sales targets.
· Work to KPI’s and revenue targets as set by management
· Negotiating prices, costs, delivery, and specifications with buyers and managers.
· Liaising with customers for pricing, offers, new releases, and collections.
· Involvement with invoicing and collections to ensure payments are made in line with the Applied Payment terms.
· Reviewing his own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed planed targets.
· Preparing sales plans with financial case included (collections, discount rates)
· Demonstrating continuous development in sales practice ton increase target’s achievement
· Generating leads into opportunities and sales.
· Contacting potential customers via phone, email, and face to face.
· Ensuring all administration relating to sales is completed effectively.
· Forecasting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales.
· Submitting weekly reports with activities to sales manager.
· Building a database from wholesalers, individual seller, vet clinics, pet salons, and shops or any relative sales channel, then report it to the Egyptian team.
· Being fully aware of RAMS products and able to demonstrate them to customers.
· Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
· Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements.
· Conducting customer insight to ascertain their long-term business requirements and target markets
· Monitoring sales figures and reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to enable senior management to be updated on the progress of the space sales and sponsorships.
· To actively seek new customers from all relevant sources including industry news, competitors and other like-minded events. Thus, increasing sponsorship revenue and develop emerging markets/product areas. which can have an impact on our business in order to take require action.
Requirements:
You must have experience in Pet feed, Vet clinics, FMCG.
Outstanding negotiation/sales skills with proven closing ability.
Preferable graduates of veterinary medicine or agriculture.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Must have a valid UAE driving license to do fieldwork and to travel from time to time within the different Emirates of UAE
Self-starter with the ability to work independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneously
Must have strong and excellent English & Arabic communication skills
You must have the skills to work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
