As a SAP CX Consultant at Logic Point ITC, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients optimize their customer experience through SAP CX solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design effective solutions, and implement SAP CX projects to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide expert guidance on SAP CX solutions.
– Design and implement SAP CX solutions tailored to client needs.
– Configure and customize SAP CX modules to meet specific business requirements.
– Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of SAP CX solutions.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP CX trends and technologies to offer innovative solutions.
**Requirements:**
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
– Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP CX consulting.
– Strong knowledge of SAP CX modules, including SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud, and SAP Sales Cloud.
– Experience in full-cycle SAP CX implementations.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Immediate availability to join our team in Dubai.
