Neo Essentials Trading L.L.C, a UAE distribution company, is seeking to hire a sales field representative to access, promote and sell its toy products across UAE retail chains, wholesalers, and individual retail stores.
To be considered for this role, candidates need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics in the toy industry and toy chains and stores environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
• Following up on order replenishment when necessary at store level
• Building and maintaining good business relationships with store managers and staff to encourage sales support and repeat purchases
• Identifying new sales channels opportunities and negotiating listings
• Assisting head office to determine pricing & promotions based on performance and competition
• Ensuring that instore merchandising is optimized to maximize sales and as per company guidelines and
• Promoting company’s portfolio to existing and new channels by increasing product awareness, answering queries, providing advice, and introducing new products
• Following up on leads generated by the company
• Presenting products and product functions to potential sales channels
• Reporting back daily to Sales Director
• Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports
Requirements / Skills / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
2 years sales experience in field mother&child and toy sales industry
Must have car & valid UAE driver’s license
Proficient in Arabic & English
Strong negotiation skills
Persuasive and resilient
Effective communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
