Job Description:

PS Global is in search of an Inside Sales Executive to cover our Middle East market. The Inside Sales Executive will have to closely work with Regional Sales Head to expand PS Global’s presence in the Middle East. This position involves Market Research, Data base building and cold calling new potential clients. Provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered, and additional presentations as needed. Work with prospective client to create solutions for their needs and consult through the sales process. The person must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2+yrs of experience into Inside sales.
Contacting potential clients to establish connect and arrange meetings. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Ability to understand customer requirements and convert them into business.
Provided extensive support in sales, technical and business areas to key accounts.

Responsibilities:

· Target of 4 qualified leads in a month and 12 leads per quarter. Qualified leads should meet the pre-defined criteria such as:

o Requirement identified

o Budgets in place

o Identified influencers and decision makers

o Understanding of the expected closure dates and key milestones such as Project kick off date and Go-Live

· Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails to the Middle East market (UAE, KSA & Saudi only)

· Lead generation with a target of a minimum 45 cold calls per day touching 5 Net new accounts and 5 follow-up accounts

 

· Setting up appointment for the qualified leads with Regional Sales Head to push to the next level

· Extensive account mapping involved for targeted industry base

· Extensive use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator for market research of different verticals

· Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

Deliverables

· End of First Month

o Completion of training around PS Global’s service offerings and value proposition

o Ready with the ammunition such as cold calling pitches, email templates, marketing collaterals etc

· End of 3 Months – 8 leads in place already and preparing for the next quarter
