Internal Sales Executive

We are looking for an Internal Sales Executive to be based in our office in Dubai, UAE. The primary and most important focus is on business development – bringing new clients and generating revenue for the company.

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Job Responsibilities

Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients through researching potential leads from business directories, web searches and other resources like exhibitions, as well as relying on internal database provided by the company.
Qualifying leads and actively establish client relationships at all stakeholder levels
Schedule appointments with prospects and participate in face-to-face meetings along with the commercial/Ops team members.
Meet and exceed targets & goals as set by the company and ensure customer retaining through timely follow-up and visits. Initial Target: Fix 12 meetings weekly – Active Clients to be specified at a later stage
Identify, understand and define customers need, objectives and business requirements and design solutions that best fit the client requirements.
With the support of the Commercial Manager, manage and sell to customers through coordinating with the pricing team and initiate formal Offers that secure the corporate margins.
Promote and market the company’s services in line with the marketing strategy and commercial procedures to reflect the desired image and comply with the business scope
Act as the main liaison between Customers and KL to ensure an aligned commercial approach and act as a focal point for selling for ALL KL services and solutions
Maintain records of all commercial data using assigned software and CRM and use the corporate systems and processes to comply with KL requirements.
Ensure good Corporate Governance and adherence to Group Code of Conduct for all activities
Any other responsibilities that are agreed from time to time

Job Requirements:

2-5 years’ quota carrying sales experience
Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota

Candidate Specifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good sense of orientation and capability to follow instructions
Time management and prioritizing skills to be able to meet the deadlines
Able to operate computer programs specifically Microsoft Office
