Recruitment Specialist (Construction industry experience must to have)

Job Purpose:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team.
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding qualified candidates for blue collar positions from India, specifically fabricators and welders, and bringing them to the UAE with cost-effective measures.
Additionally, you will be involved in white collar recruitment within the UAE.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, preferably with expertise in blue collar recruitment from India & UAE and white collar recruitment in the UAE.
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.
Familiarity with job portals, recruitment consultancies, and other relevant platforms in the UAE.
