We are open to recruiting Recruiters who can identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions for Herogram. They will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring job candidates and their main objective is to ensure that our organization is staffed with the most qualified and capable individuals.
Principal Responsibilities:
Identifying and sourcing job candidates
Screening cv’s and conducting preliminary interviews
Coordinating the hiring process
Building relationships with hiring managers
Keeping accurate records
Managing job postings
Networking
Employer branding
Competencies and Skills:
Strategic plans for recruitment (organic)

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Patience and understanding

Strong interpersonal skills
Essentials Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma
Min. 2 years experience

Compensations and Benefits:
Monthly salary of AED 5000
Paid annual leave (30 calendar days) + Air ticket Allowance
GIG Insurance (formerly Axa)
Office hours from Mondays to Fridays, 9 AM to 6 PM
Saturday and Sundays off
Bonus will be based on KPI
