Experience in hiring Real Estate Brokers is a requirement for this position.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our recruitment team to manage sourcing, interviewing, and employment processes. This is a full-time position based in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all candidates and stakeholders.

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.

Develop effective recruitment strategies and identify new sourcing channels to attract and retain top talent.

Screen and evaluate candidates, conducting interviews and reference checks as needed.

Manage candidate data and track progress in our Applicant Tracking System.

Represent Waynah® Properties at job fairs, conferences, and other recruiting events.

Continuously improve our recruitment process and employer brand.

Requirements and Qualifications:

5+ years of proven experience in recruiting or a similar HR role, with a focus on real estate brokerage hiring.

Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.

Experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods.

Understanding of Recruitment Marketing software is a plus.

Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

Team player with good time-management and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
