We are looking for an experienced and professional Recruitment Specialist to join our team preferably with REAL ESTATE proven experience! Who will work closely with our recruitment, manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes.
To be successful in this role, recruitment specialist should have an HR academic background and experience in screening and evaluating candidates in the Real Estate world. The ideal candidate should be a team leader who is able to make an effective decision making quickly.
Requirements and Qualifications:
5 years of proven experience in recruiting or similar HR role.
Excellent understanding of recruitment processes.
Understanding of Recruitment Marketing software is a plus.
Good knowledge of candidates’ selection methods.
Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies
5 years of experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
BS degree in Human Resources or related field
