We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Journey Coordinator / Route Planner. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing delivery routes for our retail division, ensuring timely and efficient distribution of our products to various locations. You will collaborate closely with logistics, distribution, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and optimize delivery routes for retail products to maximize efficiency.
Coordinate closely with distribution and sales teams to understand delivery requirements and constraints.
Utilize route planning software and other tools to create optimized delivery schedules.
Monitor and track delivery vehicles to ensure adherence to planned routes and schedules.
Communicate with drivers and provide support as needed to resolve any issues that may arise during deliveries.
Analyze route performance and identify areas for improvement.
