Al Ramz Corporation P.J.S.C. is seeking for a Vice President, Head of Marketing to join our growing team. The incumbent will be responsible for developing, reviewing and executing our marketing strategy, programs, plans and maximizing the brand’s awareness. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams and marketing outsourced agency. You will be responsible for managing corporate communications and public relations on various company platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a marketing strategy in line with the overall strategy of the Company.
Contribute to building and managing a “brand name” through effective marketing techniques which project and enhance the corporate brand of Al Ramz.
Develop and deliver marketing content and conduct competitive data analytics whilst enforcing branding guidelines and standards across departments and business lines.
Develop and implement company’s social media strategy, by driving towards the achievement of smart objectives, tactics, reporting and measurement.
Support all departments in generating and disseminating marketing communications, branding, visual identity, and visibility material to expand the business footprint of the company.
Develop and manage forecasts and budgets for planned marketing activities and report expenditure accordingly.
Oversee the company’s attendance at events such as exhibitions and conferences.
Ensure that campaigns and promotions innovatively build a strong pull in the market.
Take lead in managing the design and production of promotional collateral such as the company’s website, social media pages etc.
Network and engage vendors responsible for publishing and/ or printing the company’s content to secure cost-effective arrangements.
Endeavour to keep an open communication policy with all external agencies and keep abreast with policy and procedural changes affecting the Company’s operations.
Qualifications:

Mandatory to hold a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications
Desirable: Master’s Degree or professional qualifications
Minimum five (5) years of experience in a financial institution in GCC

Competencies/ Skills:

· Experience in building and managing successful marketing strategies and campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

· Good knowledge in social media management, assessment, and targeted advertisement.

· Vast knowledge of marketing and promotional tools in a financial services company

· Ability to build and maintain good rapport with internal and external partners and handle situations with confidence, tact and resourcefulness.

· A strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts

· High end technological and analytical skills

· Excellent communication skills both in Arabic and English

· Strong analytical, innovative, problem solving and interpretative skills.

Highly collaborative team player with the ability to build relationships with multiple teams.
Excellent IT Skills
High level of integrity, ownership and accountability
