ROLE MAIN OBJECTIVES:

· Manage the company’s talent pool and database that is used to deliver its primary services towards events (for temporary staff)

· Maintain and conduct the sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective to find perfect matches for this event talent pool serving the company’s long-term goals and answering the client event requests, and ensure the pool is fresh at all times

· Synergize and coordinate talent and staffing needs

· Support on the human resources basic requirements for the company’s existing employees

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage, update, source, and maintain the company’s event talent pool as per the above objectives

· Provide input to ensure that the talent pool and the teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals

· Create and implement an end-to-end hiring process to ensure a positive experience for candidates coming for both the talent pool as well as the internal vacancies

· Design and implement plans and procedures to forecast, prepare and deliver hiring and talent hunt campaigns for all staffing/manpower projects & requirements

· Ensure that talent and staffing needs are being met

· Implement attraction campaigns to populate the event talent pool further

· Identify talent needs, candidate selection criteria, and candidate profiles and liaise with management as well as internal teams to determine recruitment needs for both the talent pool and internal vacancies

· Source applicants through online and offline channels, such as recruitment sites (Linkedin, Indeed, Instagram), job boards, social platforms, as well as print media, posters, and flyers, when required, and other professional networks

· Create interview/screening questions that reflect the requirements for both the talent pool and each internal position

· Compile lists of the most suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references

· Evaluate applications and screen candidates via calls, emails, and profiles, as well as facilitate pre-interview assessments

· Prepare hiring forecasts as part of the company’s event business requirements

· Generate monthly updates for the company’s leadership about the current talent pool status and upcoming talent acquisition initiatives

· Suggest new ideas and trends for improving talent acquisition activities

· Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline

· Create a documenting process and maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders when requested

· Support company employees with the day-to-day basic HR operations when needed.

· Working knowledge of MS Office

· Ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates.

· Establishing professional relationships with candidates.

· Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar talent acquisition role

· Professional certification, degree, or equivalent in human resources management or a similar field

· Knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants.

JOB LOCATION: Abu Dhabi

REPORTING TO: Managing Director

JOB TYPE: Permanent

DESIRED START DATE: ASAP

WORKING HOURS: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 6:00 pm (All Sundays and alternative Saturdays off).

GROSS MONTHLY SALARY: AED 15,000 inclusive of all allowances depending on experience and qualification
