About the role:
Duties include conducting a physical assessment for children with determination, developing treatment plans, assessing the work and home environments of the child, and developing physical rehabilitation programs.
Advising on adaptive equipment to help the child with daily activities.
Developing physical rehabilitation programs to help the child regain lost skills.
Educating caregivers and family members of the child on patient care.
Evaluating results and progress of occupational therapy on the child
Maintaining professional knowledge and technical progress to provide children with determination with the best treatment program available.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Minimum 2 years of experience working with children with complex needs and different disabilities such as autism spectrum and other developmental delays
Preferably DHA license or DHA Eligibility letter holder
Fluency in written and spoken English
Fluent in both Arabic & English (for Arabic Occupational Therapist)
Passionate and caring individuals who love to work with children
