Ensure that policies and procedures are followed as per the compliance and make sure that the policy are process as per the IA, DHA & MOH guidelines.
Receiving queries from new business/clients, obtaining necessary information and prepare various quotations and proposals suitable as per requirements.
Ensure all the requested RFQ are reaching the assigned markets on time & submitted to the Producers / Client within the agreed turnaround time.
Receiving and responding to the customer inquiries & feedbacks.
Claims processing, Pre-Approval requests to be handled for the individual & SME Clients.
Ensure ongoing healthy relationships with the client to retain existing customers and develop relationships with new prospects to obtain secure Accounts/Business.
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Brokerage Firm
Good Communication Skills / good Excel Skills
Target Salary AED5,000/- per month + Other Benefits
