We’re seeking a skilled RCA Analyst to join our team in Abu Dhabi! In this role, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth IT operations by investigating incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing preventative measures.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4+ years of experience with ITIL frameworks and processes, particularly Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management.
Strong understanding of Root Cause Analysis methodologies and techniques.
Experience working with incident management tools like ServiceNow or Remedy (a plus).
What You’ll Do:
Analyze incidents and identify underlying root causes.
Collaborate with IT teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
Document findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
Continuously improve IT processes through RCA best practices.
