Ideal candidate – Experienced Pizza Chef (minimum 3 years of experience with traditional neapolitan style pizza, wood fired oven – preferably Italian national)

Technical dough preperation knowledge
High hydration dough skills 75% +
Knowledge about various pizza styles and fermentation methods
available to join immediately
preferably located in UAE
HACCP knowlegde
