We require an experienced customer service telephone handler to be apart of our team to help assist members of the public over the phone,
email and web-chat.
You will be providing quotes and good customer services when answering FAQs. Knowledge of vehicles will be beneficial however not essential.

The candidate must have:
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent multitasking and typing skills.
• Technically minded so you will be able to learn systems fast
• Self-managing – you get on with your job
• Able to adapt to a fast working environment
• Experience in complaints and sales
• Knowledge of how vehicles work will be desired
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answering questions and providing quotes via telephone. Also via email and web-chat
• Handling calls in a professional manor
• Calling customers for feedback
• Establish, develop and maintain a positive business and customer relationship

March 26 – October 29 – 11:30 – 20:30
