Tamav Perfumery and Cosmetics Trading
We are seeking an Outdoor Sales (Female only).
Capabilities of the right candidate include passionate about selling hair products and skin care products. In addition, we expect a class A Beauty sales representative who will contribute to the growth of our company, our clients and partners.
Responsibilities
Contacting leads, managing schedule, and setting up appointments to present company products on daily basis.
Identify customer needs and recommend cosmetics.
Perform demo of our products, hair and semi permanent make up.
Extensive knowledge about the products you will be selling to educate customers about our products range.
Demonstrating product features to salons / Beauty Clinics
Promote and present our company platform to clients. In this context, you will highlight platform’s features, capabilities, content, and ordering process.
Initiate product replenishment according to inventory by regularly visiting the clients.
Report daily salons/ beauty clinics visits and operational performance metrics to the commercial manager.
Qualifications
A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in beauty industry in all UAE.
Fluent in English and Arabic. Russian speaker is an advantage, excellent verbal communication, including active listening, for learning about clients’ needs and explaining product option.
Excellent knowledge of Hair and Beauty skincare regulations and procedures,
Be distinguished by a clean and organized appearance.
Guess relation: address clients need in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
Maintenance of good inventory by keeping regularly inform the commercial manager on the stock level.
Work closely with the commercial manager, regularly update clients’ visits.
Be understanding and caring by making your customers feel comfortable.
Knowledge of strict hygiene, health, and safety standards.
Be commercial by providing customer advice on benefits and composition of the products.
Knowledge of equipment and procedures to carry out the procedures.
Knowledge of human anatomy; circulatory system and skin of clients, and advice according to customer needs.
