Sales Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining existing customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed deals.
Schedule meeting with decision makers and visit prospect on site with presentation of company services.
Achieving sales targets and KPI’s (meetings, new customers & revenue).
Manage clients and develop long-term business relationships.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge.

To be great on this role, you would ideally have:

Skills and Knowledge

Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Self-motivated and driven by targets.
Resilience and have strong communication skills.
Have ability to influence and negotiate with others.
Fast learner and passion for sales.
Ability to map accounts and identify potential business opportunities.
Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications Required: Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
Minimum Experience Required: 2+ Years in UAE
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
With UAE Driving License is added advantage.
Can speak Arabic Language.
