AUTONOMIE
The ideal candidate for the marketing role should have excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in social media marketing, content creation, and advertising. A degree in marketing, communications, fashion marketing or a related field is typically preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to the website or e-commerce platform.
Manage social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Plan, create and curate content that is engaging, informative, and optimized for each specific social media platform.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to track the success of campaigns, evaluate the results, and identify areas for improvement.
Work with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and digital marketing, to ensure that social media content and campaigns are aligned with overall marketing and brand objectives.
Respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner.
Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to ensure that the social media strategy is relevant, effective, and efficient.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, audience targeting, ad creation, and analysis of ad performance.
Develop and manage influencer and ambassador programs to increase brand awareness, reach, and engagement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest data protection regulations and ensure that all social media content and campaigns are compliant.
Qualifications
1-3 years’ of marketing experience preferably fashion marketing
BS/BA in fashion Marketing or a related field of study
Excellent writing and communication skills
1-3 years of experience in social media
Adobe Suites, photo and video editing skills
