Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our real estate offerings, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Create and manage engaging digital and traditional marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, websites, email, and print media.
Lead the creation of compelling and persuasive marketing content, including property listings, brochures, videos, and blog posts.
Manage the company’s online presence, including the website and social media channels, ensuring they reflect our brand identity and values.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer preferences, market trends, and feedback to refine marketing strategies.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and stay informed about industry trends.
Plan and execute events and promotional activities to showcase properties and engage potential buyers.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, generating reports to track key metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
Oversee marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-efficient implementation of marketing plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including advertising agencies, designers, and vendors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within the real estate industry.
Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand growth and achieve business objectives.
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, SEO, social media, and analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in project management, multitasking, and meeting deadlines.
Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate market and regulations is advantageous.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
