We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative His/her with at least 2-3 years of experience in the field of Textiles and Uniforms to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing relationships with potential clients, and closing sales. You will work in close collaboration with the marketing and product teams to identify target markets, develop sales strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop relationships with potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
2. Identify customer needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs.
3. Process orders accurately and efficiently.
4. Provide excellent customer service to maintain customer loyalty.
5. Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
6. Keep up to date on industry trends and competitive offerings.
Requirements:
· Driving Licenses, preferably with a car
· Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in uniform sales or related field
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
· Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
Fixed Salary + Commission
