Establishes, coordinates, implements, and provides all aspects of pharmacy activities with emphasis on therapeutic drug monitoring, pharmacy pathways, formulary management, and pharmaco-economics.
Abreast of any changes to legislation and regulations pertaining to insurance claims [Eg. DoH, DHA, Coding & DRG…etc. as per UAE standards]
Represent the organization at DHA and DoH when requested and clarify issues/ queries from Insurance companies.
Managing people is a key aspect of the role which includes recruiting, onboarding new hires, training, mentoring, performance management, coaching, developing, and evaluating teams to deliver high performance.
Oversee the procurement and supply of medicines and ensure customers obtain the correct medicines as prescribed.
Develop strong relationships with customers, GP’s, and other health professionals to achieve financial targets.
Proven delivery of KPI’s, strong administration skills with the ability to analyze performance, prepare reports, control costs, and carry out other administrative and clerical staff duties.
Flexible and adaptable approach to work along with a willingness to travel to other pharmacies where applicable in Emirates.

Master’s (Preferred)
DOH/ /MOH UAE Pharmacist License
