Job description
1.Invoicing promptly, without any error, improving on speed and accuracy constantly. Coordinating with stores to give them invoices in time to arrange prompt deliveries, customer complaints handling and other with a view to grow sales, reach highest Customer satisfaction levels of 10/10

2.Make and update quotations accurately for the team
3.Quotation follow up on the quotes sent by email to customers
4.Effective receivables follow up for prompt collection from customers
5.Effective internal coordination with other departments eg.Purchase and logistics, stores,accounts
6.Regular updates of minimum selling price list for each department as per sales directors guidelines
7.Good knowledge in Tally
8.Complete log and monthly evaluation of technical service calls,reports and invoicing done
9.Lead generation with new customers and customers who stopped buying certain products or all products from Company.Update status weekly
10.Preferred experience with Trading Companies
2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
Good communication skill and Customer Interaction
13.Candidate must be locally available
