Position – Telesales / Call Center Executive
Shift Timing: 6:00pm to 2:30am (Evening Shift)
Work Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days A Week)
Qualifications:
Strong command of the English language
Proficient in desktop applications and the internet
Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving, multitasking skills, organizational expertise mastering the job description, on-call scripting, and industry product knowledge
Sales driven
Commission Oriented
Compensation: up to 12,000 AED per month (entry level: basic salary plus incentives)
Contract length: 24 months
Ability to commute or planning to relocate before starting work
Experience: 2 years call center experience
Shift availability: Night shift (mandatory)
