Sundus Global is seeking a highly motivated Head of Operations to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our call center operations, ensuring we deliver exceptional customer service and achieve our business objectives.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage a team of call center agents, supervisors, and trainers.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize call center performance, including efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Analyze call center data to identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements.
Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Oversee call center budgets and resources.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and implement them within the call center.
What You Bring:
12+ years of experience in call center operations management.
Proven track record of success in driving operational excellence and improving customer service metrics.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
