Ashbilia is seeking a highly motivated Construction Operations Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in overseeing construction projects from conception to completion, across locations in RAK and Dubai.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Leading and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to plans, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Providing strong leadership and mentorship to construction teams, including contractors, engineers, and subcontractors.
Effectively managing resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to optimize utilization and minimize costs.
Implementing a robust quality control program and conducting regular inspections to ensure work meets specifications.
Serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication and timely project updates.
Proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
Continuously evaluating project performance and seeking opportunities for improvement based on best practices and lessons learned.
Staying current with industry trends, technologies, and UAE construction regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
A minimum of 15 years of proven experience in construction management.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
A PMP certification or other relevant qualifications are a plus.
Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and practices is highly desirable.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively under pressure.
