We are looking for a Product Specialist who will undertake the responsibility to help in defining the product vision, providing an outline of the success criteria and working at a conceptual level outside stakeholders. Someone who has strong experience in Veneers and veneer pressing, HPL, MDFs, Edge Banding, Melamine, Laminates etc and provide them to projects and joineries in the UAE Market.
Job Responsibilities:
to understand the company’s vision and business objectives and their specialized products and its features (veneers, HPL, MDF, melamine, laminates, edge banding etc)
to maintain a product status quo or steering it in a new direction to expand its reach in the market
to align with larger business goal and have a clear understanding of the costs and benefits of each products
to develop a unique way of providing a strong product strategy planning and research for the team, implementing it and communicate the same to all the relevant stakeholders and participants
to understand the company vision and rally a team to turn that vision into reality
to be able to manage from concept to design, sample production, testing, forecasting, costing, mass production, promotion support and product end
to deliver the operating plan by achieving the objectives i.e. – company vision, market share, revenue, brand building, profit etc
to be a specialist in veneers (natural and reconstituted), HPL, MDF, laminates, melamine, edge banding and supplying it for various projects and joineries in the UAE market
to develop and implement business and marketing strategies in line with organisational goals and recommend changes (if any)
conduct market research and analysis, customer surveys, social media listening to evaluate trend and brand awareness
to develop social, email and digital marketing strategies
to work closely with the in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts
Candidate must:
be a graduate
have a UAE licence
must be experience in Veneer Pressing
minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in the UAE Market
