Responsibilities:
Managing the Day to day IT operations for Danube properties
One point contact for IT related remote support for all overseas offices, One point contact for all IT related support to site offices in Dubai
Admin for the Ticketing portal (Manage Engine solutions)
Managing domain password reset based on the End users tickets.
Admin for the Fortinet VPN.
Managing all CCTV related issues globally like Hardware, networking and Application side issues.
Managing In house data center.
Managing Asset Management for all Danube properties offices.
Spoc for the IT procurements, Managing Vendors and dealing on rate comparison between multi vendors.
One point contact for the Oracle sub vendor dealing on the first level of enquiry for the Oracle related tickets from End users.
One point contact for the IT vendor payments. Dealing with Finance team for the vendor payment, escalating to Director’s office for Major escalation from vendors in case of delay in the payments.
Managing the In-house music system along with the vendor Radio for any changes in Music.
Managing the attendance system and escalating to vendor (Micro hard) in case of any Major issues in the Data sync to ERP etc.
IT Administrator Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco certification.
At least two years’ experience in a similar role.
Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
