Job Responsibilities:
1. In charge of the daily game operation , output constructive product tuning suggestions;
2. Arrange the test plan of internal and external core groups, responsible for the content test of the game version;
3. Work on operational data, and user behavior analysis, and adjust the operational strategy according to the analysis results;
4. Responsible for communicating with the R&D team to ensure the quality of the game version and activities;
5. Establish and maintain game communities, through content, activities, etc. to maintain players’ stickiness and activities;
6. Communicating with external partners, dealing with their needs, providing necessary operational support and material support, and serving as a communication window between overseas partners and development teams, assisting in the release and optimization of products in the global market.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, about 3 years of experience in game operation, experience in launching successful new game products is preferred, and experience in terminal game projects is preferred;
2. Possess certain project management capabilities and be able to independently plan and formulate product operation plans;
3. Sensitive to data, have certain data analysis ability;
4. Have a strong interest in all kinds of independent games and have rich game experience;
5. Have sufficient project experience and pioneering spirit, and have strong departmental communication and coordination skills.
6. Able to use English as a working language (written/oral barrier-free communication)
