JOB SUMMARY:
As part of our massive expansion plan, we require “Chief Operating Officer” to join our team in Dubai. This position is a leadership position and reports directly to the MD & CEO. Ideal candidate should have the blend of strategic thinking and operational effectiveness along with problem solving attitude. This role would be responsible to implement end to end operational strategy and policies across the organization.This role will have decision making powers to set the new standards in managing teams, should aim to make the organization the most effective & efficient.
Should be able to:
Collaborate with CEO in setting & driving organization’s vision.
Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement.
Translate strategy into actionable steps, monitoring.
Building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met.
Ensure compliance with global, national and local business regulations, and take appropriate action when necessary
Build & maintain trusting relationship with key clients, partners & stakeholders.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
British/ South African professionals preferred.
Bachelor’s degree
MBA (Any specialization)
Atleast 5+ years of relevant experience in GCC/UAE HEALTHCARE market
Excellent Analytical & Communication skills
Data driven decision making.
Should be highly proficient in English (Professional) and Arabic Language will be an added advantage.
Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues.
Ability to effectively influence and drive toward results in a fast-paced environment.
