Job Description:

-Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting skills.

-Proficiency in Microsoft office Application.

-Responding to Incoming Calls.

-Create and Update Data Base.

-Maintaining all Records for financial Information

-Mail Managements.

-Assisting Agents regarding document Issuance.

-Submit timely reports and to prepare presentations as assigned.

-Client support on phone.

-Able to draft letters and correspondence and filing of documents.

-Coordinating with Developers and Clients.

-Manage Listings

-Create contract F, A, B and I.

-Knows Trakheesi system, Broker pad

Sales Agent Responsibility:

-Do cold calling

-Negotiation skills between seller and buyers

-Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services

-Knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

-Acquire required documents for selling and renting.

-Develop networks

-Maintain and update listings of available properties

-Knows how to explain and draft contracts

-Acquire NOC for advertisement from seller and landlord
